Freelance Lawyer (Commercial And Labour Law)

LGG Advisors, with offices in Porto, Lisbon, London and Madrid, provides a multitude of high added-value consultancy services to leading firms globally. Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Freelance Lawyer (Commercial and Labour Law) to assist our company with various legal matters.     KEY RESPONSABILITIES Provide legal counsel and support on commercial and labor law matters.   Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.   Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues.   Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.   Handle disputes and negotiations as necessary.     QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Law degree from an accredited law school.   Admitted to practice law in Portugal.   Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).   Proven experience of at least 5 years in commercial and labor law, preferably in a corporate environment.   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.   Ability to work independently and remotely.     LGG Advisors aims for a diverse workplace.
