Responsibilities:
Be at the forefront of our Global Procurement Transformation Project by creating and co-designing a global template for procurement processes and solutions.Manage the deployment of the procurement process template across multiple affiliates, ensuring its successful adoption.Coordinate and conduct testing activities to validate local solution deployments.Drive the adoption of processes and solutions across the organization by collaborating with stakeholders from various countries.Plan and execute workshops and fit-gap sessions with affiliates, sites, or functions.Act as an ambassador for global process design, finding the right balance between local requirements and fit-for-purpose solutions.Ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables within the project scope and expected quality.Requirements: Hold a university degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Business Engineering, or Life Sciences.Possess at least 3 years of professional experience in Business Process Management within Procurement.Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and financial acumen.Have strong proficiency in English, with additional languages like German, Spanish, Portuguese, or French considered a plus.Exhibit strong goal orientation and priority management skills.Possess technical competencies in Procurement End-to-End processes and solutions such as SAP MM/SRM, Ariba, Coupa, GEP SMART, etc.Previous experience in Source-to-Pay solutions implementations and coordination of activities like fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, and training is highly desirable.Showcase advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with experience in business partnering with international teams.Thrive in intercultural collaboration and complex matrix environments.Demonstrate excellent knowledge of agile tools and techniques.Have strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.Desired: Hold a postgraduate business-related qualification.Bring experience in the Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Device industry.Possess professional procurement or project management-related certifications.Have previous hands-on experience working in an Agile/Lean environment.Conditions: 6-months contract200€/dayIf you are ready to make a significant impact and shape our global procurement processes, apply now to join our dynamic team.
