What you'll do:
A week in the life of a Fraud Operations Specialist:
Assist team members with intricate issues raised by the Group's players.
Review customer accounts and system alert activities.
Report directly to a Fraud Operations Team Leader.
Work shifts lasting nine hours following a staggered days pattern.

Monday – OFF - Nothing better than to start the week with a day off, right? Enjoy it!
Tuesday – Verify KYC documentation, process real-money transactions, and action system alerts.
Wednesday – Analyze and understand fraudulent behaviors and perform risk assessments on customer accounts.
Thursday – Support clients with specific assistance, handle third-party contacts, and analyze transactions.
Friday – Monitor players' accounts and transaction data for suspicious activities and possible fraud.
Saturday & Sunday - Relax and recharge for next week!
What you'll bring:
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Previous experience in online fraud investigations or online payment processing is a plus.
2+ years of Customer Service Representative experience in relevant industries.
Working knowledge of international document verification, KYC, and AML/CFT procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills.
Desired skills:
Proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
Understanding of online payment lifecycle in e-commerce.
Motivation to work in a dynamic, highly technological environment.
