As a Customer Support you will: Handle incoming user requests via phone, email, and chat Assist clients with post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds Provide inbound sales support and sell products to boost revenue, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction (without using aggressive sales tactics!)
