FR Speaker - Application Production Support Alter Solutions Portugal is an IT Consultancy Company, promoter of Digital Transformation, part of the Alter Solutions Group, created in 2006, in Paris.
In Portugal, we partner with over 120 clients and a team of over 500 people, working in projects for industries as diverse as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.
Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.
We are currently seeking an Application Production Support to join our teamin Lisbon .
Main skills requested for this position: 5 years of experience.
Knowledge of system architecture.
Knowledge of SQL, Shell, OS.
Risk Identification and monitoring.
Coordination of stakeholders.
Analysis, logic and critical thinking for design and support incident management.
Ability to synthesize.
Planned initiative and pedagogy.
Ability to plan and prioritize work.
Rigor and responsiveness.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
French (B2 / C1).
English (B2 / C1).
Available to work in a hybrid working model in Lisbon.
