Preamble
By order of the Director of the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto (FPCEUP), Professor Pedro Nobre, of October 25, 2024, it is hereby announced that this international selection procedure is open, for a period of 15 (fifteen) working days from the working day immediately following the publication in the Diário da República of Order (extract) no.º 12923-D/2024, October 30, 2024, with a view to hiring an Assistant Researcher, in the scientific area of Psychology, sub-area of Community and Health Psychology, in the field of Digital Innovation in Health, on an individual employment contract for an indefinite period, under the Labor Code.

5. Workplace
The workplace is at the Center for Psychology at the University of Porto (CPUP) at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto.
6. Remuneration
The monthly remuneration to be paid is €3427.59, corresponding to the 1st position, level 9 of the table attached to Regulation no. 487/2020; or the 1st position, index 195 of the table attached to the Scientific Research Career Statute - Decree-Law no. 124/99, of April 20.
8. Functional Content
The Assistant Researcher will be responsible for carrying out research and development activities, including:
Creation and co-coordination of the CPUP's Digital Psychology Innovation Hub;
Knowledge production involving citizens to guide digital psychology;
Raising funds in scientific and industry competitions;
Implementation of structures to support public involvement with science;
Collaboration in teaching and supervision of students;
Promoting the CPUP's internationalisation.
II – Selection Process
9. Admission Requirements
Who may apply? National, foreign and stateless candidates who hold a Doctoral degree in Engineering, Digital Media, Psychology or related fields.
9.2. Special admission requirements
Experience of coordinating and/or participating in competitively funded research projects;
Authorship of at least 5 international scientific articles in indexed journals;
Experience in participatory innovation methodologies.
10. Preferred Requirements
Experience in developing digital solutions in psychology;
Experience in human-centred innovation processes;
Proven internationalisation in research and innovation networks.
