Your responsibilities will extend from delivering comprehensive consulting services and training sessions to providing technical expertise and solving complex problems. You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and practical solutions to enhance client operations and drive business growth.What you'll doInstall and configure the Oracle Hospitality F&B product suiteTrain the application software of current Food & Beverage management techniquesImpart specific knowledge related to restaurant operating proceduresBe familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and proceduresWork with the My Oracle Support (MOS) global support system and Support organization on escalating client issuesWork with the customer and the broader Oracle Hospitality F&B team to ensure service level requirements are exceededParticipate in online education and product training courses; Participate in quality assurance of new product and/or version release software. SQL and technical skillsSubmit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting via current communication methodAbility & credibility to work effectively with the client at all levels of the organizationProven ability to work unsupervised or as a team member of both the local office team and wider company teamsCreative thinking abilities so experiences and knowledge may be used to create new ideas and think 'outside the box'A self-starter with initiative, drive and strong desire to succeedCapable of thriving in high-pressure environments Flexibility with people, time and shiftsWilling to work in shifts as needed.
