Talenter is currently in the process of recruiting a Front Office Assistant Manager (M/F/D) for our client company. What we need: Passion for hospitality and proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role Customer-orientated attitude and in-depth knowledge of customer service Proficiency in speaking and writing in Portuguese & English; basic German or French is a plus Careful presentation Proactive, with a sense of initiative and teamwork Sense of responsibility and autonomy Excellent communication and people skills Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Knowledge in operational systems Main Responsibilities and Duties: Be part of the opening team and guarantee a smooth and well-organized operation Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards Run and collaborate with the entire Front-Office team, including reception, concierge service, and reservations Solve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism Identify talents, lead, train and build team spirit in a huge team Address guests' service needs and deal with specific customer requests Coordinate the inventory of the staff accommodation Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and colleagues Take action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests What we offer: Hotel opening experience Monthly salary above average Meal allowance Free parking space If applicable, accommodation provided Professional and personal growth Dynamic and collaborative workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr
