What You Will Do:
Providing exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats
Gathering required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
Working with cross-functional teams
Meeting team KPIs
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Securely working with customers' sensitive information
What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
Excellent German and English
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Independent and proactive approach to work
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Will Be a Great Plus:
Experience in customer support
Experience with CRM systems
