THE ROLE As a Fleet Procurement Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting the procurement of Indie Campers' fleet in Central Europe.
You will help manage relationships with OEMs and Recreational Vehicle up-fitters, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and support the implementation of procurement strategies.
Being part of the Fleet Procurement team and working closely with other key departments, you will assist in aligning the procurement processes with the company's business goals and provide regular reporting for stakeholders.
You will report to the Fleet Procurement Manager and work alongside the Finance, Procurement Strategy, Operations, and RV Sales teams.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Assist in the procurement of Recreational Vehicles and Vehicle Equipment in Central Europe; Support the establishment and development of relationships with OEMs, up-fitters, and suppliers; Contribute to the analysis and improvement of procurement processes, contracts, and reporting; Assist in executing the fleet financing plan with the Finance team; Coordinate product developments and improvements in collaboration with the Fleet Product team; Prepare periodic reports for management and stakeholders to track progress and align strategies.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Up to 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the automotive industry; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support procurement KPIs and decision-making processes; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners; Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; Fluent in English (written and verbal) is essential.
