Location: Lisbon, Parque das Nações.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30.

Responsibilities: Dealing with finance companies (opening and closing leasing processes); Handling activities with car transport companies (scheduling, timing, etc.
); Handling the car delivery process; Car registration processes (number plates, legal institutions); Following up on legal processes with lawyers; Management of insurance policies; Recovering money, sending paperwork, and following up on all cases with the insurance company; Monitoring the due dates of insurance policies; Renewing the insurance policies; Management/archiving of leasing (financing) contracts; Preparing documentation for selling and buying cars; Archiving car documents (Identity Cards, Registration documents, COC, etc.
); Handling other administrative tasks received from the management.
Requirements: Fluent in English and Portuguese; Passionate about cars; Integrity, perseverance, and determination; Strong organizational skills; Good problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented; Effective multitasker; Excellent communication; 2+ years of experience in logistics.
