Key Areas of Responsibility

Accounts Receivable
• Booking fleet invoices ensuring correct coding
• Customers accounts reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze aging report
• Collect from customers
• Apply customer´s receipts

Accounts Payable
• Booking fleet invoices ensuring correct coding
• Suppliers accounts reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze aging report
• Prepare and apply payments to suppliers
• Validation of the fleet invoices
• Preparation of the fleet financing and send them to the Bank Requisitos
Key skills

• Minimum of completed High School;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• High language skills English B2;
• Eager to learn, and a great comunicator! Oferece-se
