Mission
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented fixed assets accountant specialist to join our Accounting & Tax team.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure timely and accurate accounting for project costs and fixed assets. This position performs complex, professional, technical work related to the preparation and maintenance of the company's fixed asset records and systems.
A fixed asset accountant is accountable for recording the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets.

What You'll Do
Creation, Capitalization, Scrap, and Sale of Assets;
Manage monthly process;
Manage the Tax obligations;
Develop process documentation;
Frequent interactions with the Business Unit's for project follow-up;
Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.

What You'll Need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
Previous experience performing similar tasks;
Proficiency in advanced Excel features and Microsoft Office suite;
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with analyzing large amounts of data, and able to notice unusual trends in data;
Organized and detail-oriented.
