Finnish Customer Support - Porto

Do you speak Finnish? Are you interested in Customer Service? This might be the job for you!
We are looking for people that can join a team of skilled Finnish Customer Service representatives in Porto, providing customer support by phone, e-mail and chat ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in the field of telecommunications.
In case you do not live in Porto, you will be entitled to a Relocation Package, through which the company offers a stay for the 1st month and helps in finding a house/room for the future, on top of assisting with travel expenses.
What will you get?
Monthly salary: 1740€
Meal allowance: 6.41€/day
Hybrid working system (office and home office)
Rotating shifts of 8h/day, from Monday do Sunday. The service is open 24/7 however, night shifts are done on occasion.
On-site paid training for 10 days
Direct contract with the client
