PagerDuty is looking for a Financial Systems Administrator II (Order to Cash) to join the Enterprise Applications team within the CIO organization. In this position, you will actively work with both internal and external resources on the Finance and Technical Operations teams to maintain, support, and advance our various order to cash systems. This role requires a fast-paced work ethic in order to meet key deadlines, the ability to deliver consistently in a high-growth environment, and experience implementing and supporting compliance and controls requirements.
Key Responsibilities Support configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Zuora Billing & Revenue modules, including learning complex workflows and integrations with other business applications.Help maintain data quality, security, and access controls across the order to cash systems, ensuring compliance with segregation of duties and SOX requirements.Participate in small to medium-sized projects, supporting task delegation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.Contribute to gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, translating them into effective system solutions and process improvements.Provide basic support and training to end-users, while continuously expanding system knowledge and staying current with new features and best practices. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with order to cash systems, with a strong preference for Zuora, performing administration and configuration, including exposure to 3rd party integrations in complex environments.Working knowledge of the full billing cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex issues independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively share ideas and present to stakeholders.Exposure to SOX controls for financial reporting and managing technical aspects of change management processes. Preferred Qualifications: Zuora Certifications (e.g., Billing Administrator, Billing Platform Administrator, Revenue Accountant).Experience in SaaS-based software business models and familiarity with NetSuite and tax engine software (e.g., Avalara).Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and experience with cross-functional team collaboration.Understanding of integration between Zuora and other financial systems such as Salesforce.Demonstrated ability to identify business impact, track metrics of success, and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment. PagerDuty is a flexible, hybrid workplace. This role is expected to come into our Lisbon office 1 day per week.
