Skills and Qualifications As a Financial Specialist at xgeeks, you'll be part of a smart and supportive team!
Your responsibilities will be: Create analytical reports, including P&Ls and detailed cost analysis, and present the findings Manage accounts receivable, perform account reconciliations, and address customer inquiries.
Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for all departments.
Create financial models to support business decisions and data visualizations.
Support monthly and quarterly audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Liaison with internal synvert group stakeholders, including intercompany exchanges .
Key Requirements Minimu m of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting role Strong un derstanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Experienc e i n financial reporting software and ERP Systems Advanced Excel skills Knowledge of data visualization tools like tableau or Power BI Hands-on experience with P&L creation, budgeting, and variance analysis Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, including intercompany partners.
Experience in presenting financial data and insights to non-finance stakeholders.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Additional languages, especially Portuguese, are a plus.
Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance standards.
Experience supporting audits, both internal and external.
Nice-to-Have Knowledge of advanced data analysis languages or platforms, such as SQL, Python, or R, for finance-related analytics.
Experience managing or supporting cross-functional financial projects.
