By joining our Finance Global Operations team, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales team by assisting with quoting and all of the back-office processes associated with TD SYNNEX Capital's business.

Performing customer engagements, quoting follow-up, pipeline management, and providing operational functions for financial solutions will also be some of your responsibilities.

Your Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Supports TD SYNNEX Capital sales and operations teams.
Act as the primary point of contact responsible for the back-office processes associated with financial solutions transactions.
May create quotations at the direction of a sales team member or other vendor requested quotation for financial transactions.
Works with external customers to ensure understanding and adherence to the funding processes.
Reviews all finance documents and bank invoices for completeness and accuracy.
Prepares financial documents and obtains information and signatures from external customers as needed.
Tracks incoming payments and provides advice to Accounting regarding application.
Performs in-depth external customer credit review and releases orders per established guidelines.
Tracks orders to completion and obtains necessary serial numbers on product.
Ensures proper data mapping between sales system and financing system.
Coordinates and liaises between TD SYNNEX Capital and internal customers.
Troubleshoots for internal and external customers.
Works at the direction of management to balance team members' workloads and ensure team adherence to all back-office processes.
Attends meetings with financial solutions vendors to review outstanding work.
Mentors and provides developmental support to Financial Solutions Operations team members.

Your Qualifications:

Experience:
Several years of relevant work experience.
Financial Solutions or Sales Operations experience is a plus.

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.
High School Graduate with HS Diploma required.

Your Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Executing instructions and requesting clarification when needed.
Using a 10-key quickly and accurately.
Possessing strong data entry skills.
Performing basic mathematical calculations.
Recognizing and attending to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicating clearly and conveying necessary information.
Negotiating skillfully, promoting/selling ideas persuasively, and closing transactions with mutually beneficial results.
Possessing strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
Possessing strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Working constructively under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
Maintaining and promoting social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
Working independently with minimum supervision.
Building solid, effective working relationships with others.
Ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
Learning quickly new systems and technology.
Using relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level.
