THE ROLE Indie Campers is seeking a talented and ambitious RV Sales Financial Products Specialist to design and implement financial products that will support the development of our second-hand RV sales business. This role is global in scope and involves strategic planning, analytical tasks, operational setup, and commercial negotiations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a consistent product and brand experience across all markets.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Design Financial Products: Develop auto loans/credit, ancillary insurances, warranty extensions, and other financial products tailored to our RV sales. Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships with financial institutions, insurers, and other financial services providers in key markets. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product & Tech, and Revenue Management teams to align products and processes with Indie Campers' strategy and value proposition. Monitoring & Compliance: Monitor the performance of financial products and ensure compliance with local regulations in all operating countries. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in strategic consulting, private equity, financial services, automotive sales, or related fields. Technical expertise in business and financial analysis, business development, commercial negotiation, market research, project management. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills. Analytical and results-driven Ambitious and strategic thinker, who operates with high standards Collaborative and detail-oriented Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.
