Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Lisboa Job Description:As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager at OLX Group, you will occupy a critical role in charting the financial direction of OLX Europe. Your role will be instrumental in overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities, ensuring OLX's sustained growth and competitive edge in a dynamic market landscape.Responsibilities:Lead the execution of comprehensive financial planning cycles, including strategic range plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts, with a direct team of three and as part of a global team.Manage the annual valuation process, enhancing financial models and assumptions to accurately project OLX's market positioning and growth potential.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to interpret business performance trends and variances, guiding strategic decisions and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency.Champion the adoption of data-driven reporting and automation, overseeing a team of data scientists and leveraging advanced financial systems and technologies such as Gen AI, to provide precise and timely insights to stakeholders.Direct initiatives to improve financial systems and automate processes within the finance department, aiming to streamline operations and improve decision-making efficacy.Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), developing strategies for growth and effective risk management.Promote functional collaboration, working closely with Commercial and Technology FP&A teams, and across various functions and geographies, to facilitate informed decision-making at all levels.Lead efforts to drive employee engagement, creating a productive and motivating work environment.Experience/Skills/Knowledge:10 to 15 years of analytical experience in financial management, consulting, or investment banking, with proven experience in FP&A, having managed regular reporting to C-Level and shareholders/investors.Deep understanding of financial planning, accounting principles, and sophisticated valuation methodologies.An agile and proactive mindset, with the ability to lead teams, work independently, adapt to change, and drive initiatives forward.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence in a virtual, multicultural, and matrixed environment.Experience with One Stream and Planning Analytics/Tableau is a plus as well as in data analytics tools and programming (Excel, Python, VBA, Google Sheets scripts, etc.).Experience in working in tech/e-commerce/internet industry would be a plus.Fluency in English is essential.A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.Why join OLX?
