Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Financial Modelling & Corporate Finance Associate to provide direct support to a Project Manager and coordinate a team of analysts.WHAT YOU'LL DODirect support to Project Manager on ad hoc client related projectsExecute and lead Corporate Finance, Valuations and Financial Modelling related projects as well as other types of Corporate Finance and Valuations activitiesHelp coordinate Financial Modelling related projects, keeping abreast of best practices and new developments in excel functionalitiesHelp develop a comprehensive Financial Modelling training programme for the wider Corporate Finance teamClosely coordinate the work of a team of Analysts/Senior AnalystsProvide ongoing training to Analysts/Senior AnalystsDaily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison)Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representativesGenerating client facing presentations and pitch-books, data analysis and financial modellingWHAT YOU HAVEMinimum 3 years of professional experience preparing Financial Models as a deliverable to clients, ideally in a Financial Modelling team within a Big4 Consultancy firm or similar. Investment Bank, Private Equity and Venture Capital deal team profiles with relevant financial modelling experience will also be considered.Fluency in English at a proficient level
