Financial Modeling Specialist (M/F/D)

Your new company A prestigious company is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Financial Modeling Specialist (m/f/d) for Porto. This profile will be will be responsible for financial modeling, structuring and analysis of financial statements, with a primary focus on real estate investment projects, hospitality, and fund management. The selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing investment strategies, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and supporting decision-making processes.
Your new role Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment projects
Analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and investment returns
Assist in structuring business plans
Support the Financial Management in decision-making processes
Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience in Financial Modeling, with 2+ years of experience 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in real estate or hospitality sectors is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
