Overview: The Financial Inclusion Consumer Solutions team is on a mission to include over one billion people in this digital economy by 2025, and we're making fast progress. However, while the number of bank accounts is quickly rising, these accounts are not being fully utilized. Large parts of the population remain unbanked or underserved. The Financial Inclusion team aims to accelerate the movement of the underserved towards true financial health, encouraging frequent usage and the responsible use of credit. We achieve this through understanding and representing the needs of the underbanked segment and their local SMBs, in developed and developing markets, and matching these needs to existing and new products/services within Mastercard, thereby optimizing our core business for this under tapped segment. The team's mission is therefore to identify opportunities to bundle, optimize or otherwise target existing products, services, collateral and other assets or GTM approaches on the FI segment, and in some instances, develop solutions to fill identified gaps. The successful candidate for the role of Director, Product Management will work with key internal and external partners to identify, bundle, modify or build as needed, and deliver products and services that support the financially underserved segment and our Financial Inclusion strategy
