And so, your career!Financial Controller Tech, Data & Digital (TDD)What will you do?The Group TDD Department oversees TDD within Sodexo Group and overall spend consists of yearly circa 600 m€ (opex and capex). Part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the TDD Financial Controller works closely with the TDD Finance Director and has the following responsibilities:Budget Management: co-pilot one activity budget (Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Applications, Data, Digital & AI). Monthly closings, actuals/variance analysis, reporting, forecasting, annual planning.Business partnering with the Activity leaders, project managers, and Cost center owners. Support decision making through financial analysis.Project management support since the inception of the initiative through the delivery of the project. Business case drafting, ROI analysis, Project run costs management.Business reviews presentations: monthly performance reviews, quarterly reforecasts.Drive transformation: take the role from a transactional and task-driven position into a business partner, business enabler role. This will require changing how we do things currently:Finding more automated ways of doing repetitive tasks (i.E., recharges to the countries), deployment of reporting through Power BI.Increasing communication with the regions, giving more visibility and precise information.Changing the perception of the role within the IT community (partner vs transactional support).What you'll need to succeed:Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.Minimum of 8-10 years successful experience in Finance, and at least 5 years in Financial controlling, business controlling, or FP&A.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Strong Computer Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, HFM.Ability to build relationships within the Business.Good level of English.Team player.What we have to offer you:Hybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Health & Life Insurance.Attractive Meal allowance paid in Meal Card
