Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Investment projects control and payment request submissions (PRR, P20230)
Preparation of maps for the payment requests - collect invoices, payments, and payroll information
Ensure correct expenses allocated to the projects
Financial execution follow-up of the projects
Insurances, car fleet management, and control
Reports for governmental entities (INE)
Control and report Capital Expenditure
Ensure signature concept implementation according to guidelines
Calculation and control of general accruals
Control of General ledger accounts
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Academic degree in Business Management or similar
Highly motivated to teamwork
Strong analytical skills
Good communication and social skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
High experience/Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Good knowledge in SAP
Minimum 2 years of professional experience with investment projects
