Overall Mission The Financial Controller is responsible for checking the monthly financials of the entities he/ she will be in charge of, providing the reports and analysis of key metrics needed to track CRYOPDP performance against the business plan and the budget, review the business performance and market conditions to create forecasts and help the senior management to make tactical and strategic decisions. Main Contribution Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting Be accountable for the monthly closing & reporting activity, to support accrual & other working for discussion in review meetings Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support Support the Head of Controlling and Consolidation Group in the consolidation of the monthly financials information Assist the CFO and Head of Controlling and Consolidation Group in the budgeting and forecasting processes Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies Support the team on financial technical topics (tax, audit, …) Work on development projects for supporting the operations and the business Provide support in tracking performance against the business plan and the budget, review the business performance and market conditions to create forecasts and help the business to make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports / analysis Create new analytical & reporting tools in line with the Business requirements and the operational profitability Assist the corporate audit and liaise with the Auditors and implement the ad hoc action plan / ensure that the SOP related are put in place to ensure the compliance Required Skills University degree in Management, Finance or relevant field; +2 years of experience in the Financial Department in a multinational company or in a Big Four About UsCryoport, Inc. is redefining temperature controlled supply chain support for the life sciences industry by continually broadening its platform of solutions, serving the biopharma, reproductive medicine and animal health markets.
