Financial Controller

Reporting directly to the Group's Head of Controlling, you will be based in one of our business units. Working on a cluster basis, you will be accountable for the overall compliance with the financial procedures and reporting of our business units, with the following responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities:

Assure the compliance with the corporate financial procedures and standards;
Deviation analysis and budget control versus the annual budget;
Report and analyze monthly KPIs comparing with budget and like-for-like period;
Ensure the reliability of financial information and minimize the occurrence of errors;
Analysis of the daily closing;
Aging analysis and AR control;
Execution of daily financial and accounting tasks;
Ad-hoc financial analysis.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Management or similar;
Minimum professional experience of 3 years in similar roles;
Fluent in English both spoken and written;
Experience in hospitality will be a plus;
ERP Primavera knowledge will also be a plus;
Accounting and Tax knowledge will be a plus;
Strong sense of Responsibility, autonomy and planning;
Good knowledge of Office tools (mostly Excel);
Critical thinking and proactivity;
Residence in the District of Évora.
