We have an incredible opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our SDO Team. As a Financial Closing Officer, you will be responsible for extracting AR aging reports, conducting root cause analysis, managing balance confirmations, overseeing provisions and accruals, and ensuring the timely closure of the AR subledger.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Conduct regular meetings with AR Process Area lead to provide updates on work statusTake ownership of learning and development, seeking guidance from the team leadActively participate in functional and technical training related to S4 HANA to enhance knowledgeComputing and determining revenue accruals to recognize revenue that has been earned but not yet billed or receivedMaintaining detailed records of the accrual process, providing explanations, and supporting documentation for the adjustments madeObtain periodic customer balance confirmations, perform account reconciliations and close AR sub-ledgersConduct root cause analysis to support the AR Process Area Lead in various process improvement and efficient initiativesConducting regular analysis and preparing reports that provide insights into financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement or potential cost-saving measuresWHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED? Total relevant experience of 1-3 yearsKnowledge of SAP 4 HANA - ERPStrong understanding of financial accounting and reporting knowledgeProficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, SAP Analytics cloudWHAT IS ON OFFER?
