ManpowerGroup is recruiting Financial Assistants for a back office position to work in Porto.Responsibilities:Contact existing media for technical issues;Responsible for feeding customer data into the production system;Liaise with Customer if input data is inaccurate or wrongly formatted, via email/phone;Keep procedures up to date;Keep track of all open issues and follow up;Design and develop dashboards in our data visualization tool;Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of various financial regulatory reports.Profile:Fluent in English (C1 & C2 level);Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to learn other systems quickly;Strong Excel skills and ability to work with heavy data files;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;Ability to prioritize workloads and multitask;Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines;Ability and will to learn;Proactivity;What we offer:Strong possibility of career progression;Initial and continuous training;Work contract;Full-time role on a 40 hour per week (Monday to Friday);Opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.Location: PortoTipo de oferta: Integral/Full-timeHorário de trabalho:Turno de 8 horasRemuneração suplementar:Bónus de performance;Décimo terceiro salário;Subsídio de Natal;Pergunta(s) de seleção:Experiência em Excel;
