Multinational media company Descriçao da oferta Interim project, to support the accounting department and group financial services after the implementation of a new ERP (SAP).
Description Support the accounting department and group financial services helping and keeping financial records up to date;
Assist senior accounting and finance professionals in maintaining the smooth operation of the finance department;
Review and provide assistance to the accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, handling invoices, payment reviews and maintaining the business's financial records;
Review and provide assistance to inputting transactions information into the accounting system with accuracy;
Daily accounting tasks, transactions coding, application of fundamental accounting principles;
Support and managing liabilities with business partners;
Create, process, distribute, update and monitor liabilities with freelancers and other business partners for the purpose of ensuring correct and timely payments;
Monitoring and follow up on contacts with business partners in terms of support and financial requests.
Profile Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management or economics;
Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, either through internships, part-time roles or full-time positions;
Should demonstrate practical knowledge and skills also in finance and accounting;
SAP experience (S4 Hana experience is a plus) and proficient in Excel;
Ability to communicate fluently in Portuguese and English;
Strong competencies in SNC;
Hands-on mentality and a can-do approach;
