The Clients Solutions Platform's Collections & Debt Mngm Pt Department is intending to recruit a Financial and Contract Management for the Contracts Mngm & Productivity area.

What you will do:
Carrying out tenders for the contracting of new suppliers and/or services, ensuring compliance with internal Procurement processes and the regulations and standards of each geography;
Drawing up and managing contracts;
Responsible for supervising and executing corporate compliance processes to ensure compliance with data protection;
Managing, monitoring, validating, and financially controlling contracts with suppliers in the Field Service Operations Iberia area in all geographies;
Carrying out purchase requisitions, orders, and other necessary steps to guarantee payments to suppliers;
Drawing up control reports;
Training, managing, and controlling the external back office that carries out administrative work;
Responsible for carrying out diagnoses to improve the processes already in place, to ensure compliance with contractual conditions and standardization of procedures in all geographies;
Developing and implementing new processes;
Direct interaction with Accounting, Taxation, Legal Advice, Procurement, Field Services, Asset Management, etc.

What are we looking for:
Bachelor's or master's degree in management, finance, or another area relevant to the position;
Up to 5 years' professional experience in similar functions;
Experience in SAP Financial Management;
Salesforce knowledge/experience;
Advanced user of Office automation;
Ability to interact with other areas, suppliers, etc.;
Knowledge of taxation in Portugal;
Experience in executing contracts;
Ability to work in a team, be proactive, communicate efficiently and flexibly to resolve incidents quickly;
Good knowledge of English and Spanish.
