RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
Assist in preparing the financial reporting for different projects/departments/initiatives:
Monthly Management report
Quarterly submission to Group control team for consolidation purpose
Annual Budget and Quarterly revision (re-forecast)
Challenge the department managers' costs and budgets
Participate to checks on submitted data (consistency checks on P&L and internal allocations)
Prepare internal project budget in close relation with the project manager. Compile actual costs and prepare analysis of variance compared to budget.
Prepare in close relation with Department managers budget per department. Compile actual costs and prepare analysis of variance costs compared to budget/forecast for quarterly closings.
Prepare monthly report for department managers including employee benefits, hourly rate, headcount, over/under recovery....
Active involvement in ad hoc analysis (quarterly balance scorecard analysis, analysis of expenses by currency...)
Process Internal controls on regular basis as per company policy to ensure the integrity of financial and accounting information (ICOFR), promote accountability, and prevent fraud.
Report KPIs - manhours
Perform some support functions to the team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: University Degree in Economics, Business school or equivalent finance degree with strong focus on financial reporting
Experience: 1 to 5 years' experience
Excellent IT Skills: advanced level in Excel
Fluent English, and other languages are a plus.
