Financial Analyst - Real Estate Investments

We are recruiting a Financial Analyst for a growing company, based in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:Support investor relations activities, namely assuring financial reporting to investors;Support financial modelling efforts and assist in the structuring and execution of investments;Support in the preparation of quarterly and annual budget, forecast and strategic plan;Production, analysis and reporting of KPIs;Support accounting team through production of accounting postings;Control of bank balances and checking accounts of customers and suppliers;Support in payment and treasury management;Support Due Diligence procedures with potential investors, lenders and other relevant stakeholders;Coordinate Anti-Money Laundering procedures.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Management/Business/Tax/Economics/Finance;Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role;Good financial modelling skills;Good spoken and written English;Good understanding of Primavera (preferred).Compensation and Benefits:Base salary + Variable compensation + Food allowance;Public transport pass or parking spot;Health insurance and life insurance;10 days of work from home per year;22 days of paid vacation per year (+1) to be used on birthday.
