Financial Analyst (M/F)

We are recruiting a Financial Analyst for our structure. Function : Financial Analyst (M/F)Site : BarcelosAvailability : Immediate availability Role Description: Support tasks and procedures between operations, local financial, and shared services central teams; Elaboration, monitoring, and control of financial budget, including the analysis of deviations and the proposal of corrective measures; Analyze, monitor, and control the financial costs; Ensure that the information presented reflects reality; Preparation of periodicfinancial reports; Carry out internal audits and promote necessary adjustments; Implement, prepare and monitor KPIs; Communicate with external stakeholders: auditors, fiscal authorities, banks, local consultants, and others; Support and comply withgroup processes and procedures, contributing positively to improvements and necessary adjustments; Support the general accounting system, analytical accounting, and management control system; Support and analyze themonthly closing process, periodic review of accounting and reporting maps; Role Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, and/or Economic Sciences; Ability to manage work under pressure and focus on achieving objectives; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely Excel; 5 years of experience in similar functions; Knowledge in Power BI tools; Experience in analytical, financial accounting, and management control; Proficiency in written and spoken English – advanced level (other languages - a plus); Capacity for initiative, dynamism, and proactivity; High sense of responsibility; Relational and communication skills; Ability to manage work under pressure and focus on achieving objectives.
