What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in debt financing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to perform in-depth financial analysis. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
