OVERVIEW The Junior Financial Analyst will provide support to the financial team to improve efficiency and effectiveness, reduce costs and support product development activities.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Processes and controls:
Support the analysis of the operating and packaging metrics.
Support AFE and the respective implementation impact.
Ensure that an adequate system of internal control is maintained and supported by appropriate processes.
Ensure that general ledger accounts are correctly stated and classified.
Budget:
Support budget process: Month end routine and reporting: support financial closings, internal management reporting and analysis and to provide appropriate interpretation and challenge.
Prepare weekly operating reports.
Performance Measures:
To meet the Finance global objectives.
All routine reports are delivered on time and are of appropriate quality and in line with the group's standards.
Self-starter and inquisitive.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or similar areas.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel and Power Point.
English written and verbal.
