The future needs global mobility providers, making people's life easier.Europcar Services is looking for a Finance Trasnformation Global PMO.MAIN OBJECTIVE:Secure the implementation of the unified finance information systems across all Group subsidiaries.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Function overall scope:Support Program Manager to drive the program, engage with the different teams to capture status, challenge and guarantee synchronization between Product & Tech and Finance Teams to drive the program in a unified way and report to the Steering Committee.Update the Change Management Strategy as needed• Execute and track the progress of Change Management activities, timeline and associated budget and resources, coordinating with the Project Leads and the integrator• Support and follow-up on the identification of the different stakeholders for each rollout (key users, change agents, among the rest)For all project activities:Keep project planning on track, ensuring milestones deliveries on a timely manner;Gather status, plan, impediments and pain points, decisions expected/made from the different project teams (PTO, advisors, system integrator, countries finance teams, SSC teams) streams and managers (interfaces, integrator developments, internal development, data migration, testing…..) and challenge rationals with teams;Secure interdependencies and SAP roll-outs alignment with other relevant projects and satellites;Overall project RAID Log (risks, actions, issues, and decisions), that is, identify and anticipate any potential issues and risks, interdependencies, and develop mitigation strategies;Maintain the different applicable trackers (Smartsheet planning and more detailed Google documents tracking status, issues, decisions…);Prepare any relevant documentations to support regular meetings & follow-ups (project committee meetings, streams follow-up);Collect information for budget follow up;Produce business cases to conduct the different projects;Report any relevant information to Senior Program Management;Communicate with the project teams on project information and progress (short term deadline, reminder, expectations..)Develop measures of success to track progress towards finance transformation goals;Key SkillsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or similarVery strong management skills or as PMOPlaification and organizationPriority managementRisk management and control and monitoring of activitiesAbility to work in a fast paced environmentExcellent communication and conflict resolution skillsAutonomyResults orientedCommitmentTeamworkAnalytical thinkingWe offer:A challenging and international work environment in a globally operating company.Competitive remuneration package.Hybrid regime: Only 4 days per month at the officeBehind our purpose… There's you!If you consider this could be an interesting challenge, please apply!Interested candidates should send CV and presentation letter with salary expectations
