Develop and implement a new reporting tool for finance sustainability
Our client is a Multinational Company, with Global Business Services in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify the business deliverables that serve the sustainability goals and contribute to shaping the Finance Transformation sustainability roadmap.
You will have the opportunity to address the sustainability impacts across the entire finance organization: reporting, planning, funding & investments, tax, compliance.
You will coordinate with the governance body in charge of Sustainability.
You will stay updated with the industry best practices, the evolving regulation, its reporting standard, ensuring the compliance of the internal initiatives.
You will lead projects to design and implement processes and tools. In that frame, you will work in close cooperation with our internal finance partners from the definition to the roll-out of the digital solutions. This involves the gathering and writing of the requirements, the design of the solution, the day to day coordination with the IT teams in charge of the development, the test preparation and acceptance from the users, training, change management, and support of the solution deployment.
As process and system expert, you will be the referee of the solutions in service. Therefore, you will support the user's requests. You will identify the opportunities for improvement and conduct the system evolutions or adaptations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in system implementation: reporting, planning, ERPs.
Advanced Degree in Economics or Finance.
Records in Project Management.
Passionate about sustainability (ESG) and its integration into financial practices.
A customer and digital mindset with ability to turn business requirements into IT specifications.
Collaborative and inclusive work style to integrate a team with diverse profiles and objectives.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
Languages skills: Negotiation level of English.
