Job Overview Working closely with the Finance Excellence Centre Manager and team, the Finance Systems Lead is responsible for ensuring that the full functionality of NetSuite and related finance systems that form the Team.Blue Finance Ecosystem is fully leveraged and optimised to meet the needs of the Finance Excellence Centre and wider Business Users. Key Responsibilities : Solution Ownership : Lead the architecting of the design and optimising of Finance Systems ecosystem for Team.Blue – centred on the Oracle NetSuite OneWorld solution, its requisite SuiteApps and third-party add-ons, and its interaction with both upstream and downstream systems. Solution Implementation : Coordinate the implementation of the various technical components in and around the Finance Systems ecosystem to ensure compatibility, inter-operability, integration and stability. Solution Optimisation : Work with the Finance Excellence Centre Manager and their team to optimise the Finance solutions to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency of the operations. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments, including the Finance Excellence Centre, finance, accounting, internal audit, and IT, to ensure alignment with objectives with business goals. Policy and Compliance : Develop and maintain the necessary system policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, internal guidelines. Communication and Reporting : Demonstrate the effective stability and performance of the Finance Systems Ecosystem by generating data and reports relating to uptime/availability, incidents and resolution, end to end cycle times. Tasks : Architectural Review : Review all components in the Finance Systems ecosystem to ensure compatibility, inter-operability and maintainability. Environment Management : Implement processes to ensure that the various NetSuite Sandbox environments are effectively managed for the use of Development, Testing, Data Migration, Training and Trouble-shooting, and that the Production environment is protected at all times from unauthorised or untested configuration or changes
