Finance Supervisor | Porto

??We are looking for a Customer Financial Services Supervisor fluent in English and another language for a client in the Porto area.
Are you interested?
?? Responsibilities: - Credit and Collections;
- Handle Disputes, Cash Applications and the Billing needed;
- Provide day-to-day supervisory and/or coordination support to the team of operational employees or contractors;
- Delegate related activities, as defined by local policies, this may include performance monitoring/management and development discussions, supporting initial/informal disciplinary action activities and, in the case of contractors, contract management.
?? You need to be:
? Fluent in English (at least a C1 level) and good knowledge of French/Italian/German;
? Education in the Area (minimum 12th grade);
? 1-3 years experience in a similar position;
? Leadership Skills and Team Player attitude;
? Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
? Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (EXCEL);
? Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.

? Schedule: 08H-17H or 09H-18H with a hybrid regime (3 Office; 2 at home);
