Your role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate finance referent to join our team. As a Finance Specialist, you will be mainly responsible for finance daily activities and reporting directly to the headquarters finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
Your Journey
Regulatory Compliance Assistance: Support in the preparation of documents required for tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
Invoice Processing: Manage the processing of invoices, including verification, coding, and ensuring timely payments.
Assisting with Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (eg: P&L) by gathering data and compiling information for senior team members.
Accounting: Support external accounting advisors to keep books updated.
Supporting Treasury Management: Assist in managing cash flow, including daily banking activities, transfers/payments, and monitoring of account balances.
General finance: all activities related to general finance such as bank relationship, suppliers, to be the link with other departments.

What do you bring to your trip
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must) and familiarity with financial software (SAP/Oracle/Sage).
Experience of a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting is required, preferably with experience at a Big 4 firm,
Excellent oral and written communication skills: Portuguese (native) and English (professional). Spanish (valuable).
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to grow within the role.
Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
