Finance Specialist

We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our finance department team. The ideal candidate will have a background in management or economics and a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage the renewal process for customer contracts;
Oversee and control cash flow;
Manage and control invoicing, receipts, and payments;
Prepare financial and accounting reports, including budgets and forecasts;
Manage employee expenses;
Prepare presentations and conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making on various issues;
Participate in the continuous development of financial processes to enhance operational and financial management efficiency.
Qualifications:
Degree in economics, management, or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a rapidly growing environment;
Intermediate proficiency in English;
Strong knowledge of Excel and billing systems;
High level of responsibility and professional confidentiality;
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, employees, and suppliers;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Proactive and assertive;
Ambitious, with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
