Finance Specialist

We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our finance department team. The ideal candidate will have a background in management or economics and a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Manage the renewal process for customer contracts;Oversee and control cash flow;Manage and control invoicing, receipts, and payments;Prepare financial and accounting reports, including budgets and forecasts;Manage employee expenses;Prepare presentations and conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making on various issues;Participate in the continuous development of financial processes to enhance operational and financial management efficiency.Qualifications: Degree in economics, management, or a related field;Minimum of 2 years' experience in a rapidly growing environment;Intermediate proficiency in English;Strong knowledge of Excel and billing systems;High level of responsibility and professional confidentiality;Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, employees, and suppliers;Attention to detail and accuracy;Proactive and assertive.Ambitious, with a desire to learn and grow within the company.Opportunities for professional growth and development;Supportive and dynamic work environment.We are looking for individuals who are ambitious and ready to grow with us.
