Finance & Procurement Manager (M/F)

Our client is a service company specializing in a highly specialized area of industrial construction.
Responsibilities: Manage the Finance and Procurement Department.
Supervise and control treasury operations and payment processes.
Oversee cash management, particularly funds provided to relocated workers.
Monitor and reconcile costs related to accommodations and travel for relocated workers.
Provide support in preparing applications for European funding.
Supervise and negotiate the group's insurance portfolio.
Control and evaluate the group's procurement costs.
Negotiate with key suppliers to optimize terms and conditions.
Supervise and lead team members within the department.
Prepare financial reports and dashboards to support the Administration.
Perform other tasks relevant to the role as needed.
Profile and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
A minimum of 2/3 years of experience in similar roles.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to engage in conversational-level discussions.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
