Job Purpose As a Finance Operations Associate, you are responsible for the oversight and management of several Finance activities, ensuring the execution of day to day financial operations at MoonLake.
Key accountabilities: Conduct a variety of finance operations including payment reconciliation and accounts payable, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved; manage payroll operations to guarantee precise and punctual employee compensation; and oversee expenses management to monitor and control corporate spending efficiently.
Conduct thorough financial controls testing to maintain the integrity and reliability of financial data.
Develop and optimise financial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Support the finance department with the creation of detailed reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Provide regular updates and communicate progress on financial activities to the Director of Finance.
Your profile Education: Bachelor or master's degree in management, economics, finance or accounting Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies: Excellent oral and written English communication skills Highly organised, able to prioritise work, perform well under pressure and meet deadlines Independent, self-starter with a proactive, problem solving approach Ability to work in a flexible, collaborative style with colleagues and teams within the company and with external advisors including consultants.
