Description Manage the financial department, including accounting, treasury, and budget control.Review and analyze the financial results, using them to support the decision-making process.Collaborate with the CFO to shape the company's financial strategy.Oversee the development of the annual budget, working closely with the local leadership team.Supervise cash management and investments, according to the Group's practices.Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of financial procedures and internal controls.Ideal Profile Higher education in Economics, Finance, or a related field.Over 8 years of experience in financial roles, including team management in financial departments.Background in an industrial context.Extensive cross-functional knowledge of finance - accounting, controlling, treasury, and reporting.Strong team management and communication skills.Excellent analytical abilities with a strong solution-oriented approach.Fluent in English.Advantages The opportunity to join a multinational industrial group.
