Finance Manager - Lisbon RegionSobre o nosso clienteSubsidiary Company that belongs to a prestigious Group (world market leader).DescriçãoLead, as well as hands-on work on all accounting and financial processes and matters, including cost accounting and controlling, preparation and monitoring of budgets and rolling forecast, monthly closing, and timely preparation of financial reports according to actual and upcoming policies;Analyze business data, initiate and monitor corrective action plans to achieve strategic targets and budget guidelines;Manage and exercise direct responsibility for controlling and reporting, accounts receivable and customer credit, accounts payable;Coordinate bank matters with holding company CFO in Madrid to meet liquidity needs;Manage cash flow and support business and AR management with financing solutions as and when needed;Responsible for commercial-related legal, contract, risk management and insurance matters;Collaborate with external legal department and tax consultants, as well as with external auditors;Manage all IT-related activities, upgrades, and implementations;Represent the company in all negotiations and communication initiatives;Report to the Managing Director with a dotted-line reporting to the holding company's CFO and Administrator.Perfil idealBachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields;Experience in financial management as Finance Manager;Deep knowledge of Portuguese financial and accounting laws and rules;Hands-on experience in managing all relevant disciplines in finance, with understanding of all financial and controlling functions;Experience in a sales company from Industrial/Manufacturing companies will be a plus;Developed analytical skills;Business understanding and oriented;Proficiency in both written and spoken in Portuguese and Spanish.
