Descrição Financial Operations Management:Overseeing day-to-day financial operations Ensure the supervision of financed projects, ensuring their success Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and internal policies Managing budgeting and forecasting processes Financial Reporting and Analysis:Preparing and analyzing financial reports Providing insights and recommendations to senior management Supporting strategic decision-making Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborating with teams for financial planning and operational performance Month-end and Year-end Closing:Ensuring timely and accurate completion of closing activities Executive Support and Deal Execution:Supporting CEO and executive team in deal execution Engaging with various stakeholders, including investors, staff, partners, and customers Internal Function Engagement:Ensuring appropriate engagement with internal functions during projects Supervision of finance staff recruitment, development, and organization Perfil ideal Degree or Master's in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics from a reputable institution Minimum 6 years experience in financial areas, preferably in early-stage and fast-growth startups Profound understanding of financial accounting and reporting regulations in Portugal and Europe Solid knowledge on financed projects Demonstrated success in building and leading financial systems and teams Strong communication, collaborative attitude, and ability to foster high-performing teams Well-structured and capable of establishing financial accounting and reporting systems in rapidly growing startups Proficient in English, with excellent business reporting skills Passion, strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, agility, entrepreneurship, teamwork, responsiveness, and self-motivation.
