Finance Manager Lisboa Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal Job Description:KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers talent mapping, evaluation, and reskilling services with training to companies.We are looking for a finance manager to work on an interesting project from Portugal to the UK.Functions:Review, analyze, and integrate data from various sources for our different stakeholders and ensure its completeness, accuracy, and timelines.Support the review of business cases, ratification of technology-related costs, and future BAL impacts.Proactively collaborate with colleagues across the business, improving analysis capability and providing accurate information and credible forecasts.Share learning and best practices to contribute to overall effectiveness.Requirements:Previous experience delivering financial analysis and forecasting and the development of revenue and cost models.Strong financial analysis and budget management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial individuals.Numerate, strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical skills.Experience of working to tight deadlines and ensuring deliverables of a high standard; highly organized with the ability to plan and manage workload.Experience of providing specialist support and collaborating with others to educate on processes and best practices.Strong presentation skills and a track record in sharing messages efficiently in PowerPoint so that all stakeholders can understand the key messages.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.More than 4 years of experience.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, etc.). Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, P-MP, PIKMP, etc.) preferred, including one or more certifications in PMI, Prince2, SAP Activate, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.Benefits:Stable contract.Competitive salary depending on the candidate's value.Remote from Portugal.
