Finance Manager | Business Financial Partner | Aveiro

We are working with a growing leading group, which is looking for a Finance Manager to join the team. This person will work closely with the General Managers and the Group Administration, having a great understanding of the business.
Client Details Growing leading Group, based in Aveiro.
Description Manage the financial areas, including accounting, control & reporting, and M&A.Ensure support to the Board decision-making process by providing reliable and rigorous financial analysis.Act as a point of contact between the General Managers of each business and the Board members.Promote the continuous improvement of processes, supporting the growth of the Group.Support the Board in the evaluation of strategic investment decisions.Lead M&A processes, including Due Diligences.Profile Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or similar areas.Previous experience as a finance manager or in similar positions.Experience in M&A transactions.Great knowledge of financial and analytical accounting, reporting, control, and risk management.Experience with ERP.Fluent in English.Analytical thinking, with a strong orientation to problem-solving.Strong organizational skills, with a great sense of responsibility.Agile attitude, with the ability to multitask.Job Offer The opportunity to join a solid, growing company, having great exposure to the management team.
