What will I be doing? As a finance intern, you will be fully supported by our team and will have the chance to work on a variety of tasks, ensuring that you develop strong financial and administrative skills while adhering to the highest standards.
Preparing invoices for shipment
Supporting internal controls through spreadsheets
Assisting in internal and external audits
Performing revenue and balance sheet account reconciliations
Managing inventory transfers
Supporting the execution of orders and purchase orders
Assisting in the preparation of informative returns for the Tax Agency
Reviewing documentation and supporting administrative processes
Improving accounts payable processes and invoice accounting
Archiving and documentation management
Assisting with collection control tasks
What are we looking for? Ability to analyze large volumes of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems
Ability to help develop problem-solving skills among direct reports and other team members as appropriate
Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement all elements required for the team to fulfill responsibilities
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of the company, hotels & owners
Strong communication and negotiation skills (all levels of management and external customers)
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required
Additional Preferences: University degree in Accounting or Finance
